Post #8: Critical Social Psicologhy

Critical Social Psychology is the better subject for me this semester. With María José Reyes tech this class and I have learned so much about differents perspectives to research and from where you stand up before you talk about something. Many people are not aware about that, I’m included too in differents situations, and only replicate ideology without question. Originally, I studied engineering, a positive science,but always I felt I needed something more about knowledge, but no more knowledge if not different knowledge. So, I got involved always in arts themes. The last year and more this semester, with this subject, I feel I start find something. I didn't know today what it is this, but I really feel that. The first way that I’m aware it is I like IAP, research and implicate in social transformacion from where I can in all the moment. In the last class, I think I discovered the theory position that I like, I’m feel very good with the social  constructionism. I don’t know today if this theory is the better for me, or if represent a fully my questions, but until now I’m really feel good with this theory.

Hi classmates! Today I want to share with you differents songs that I like so much. The music in Capoeira is very important because you can move your body and make acrobatic but always listening to the music. When you practice Capoeira you can release your mind of negative or oppressive means and oppressive emotions too.

This song talks about a sailor, and many music of Capoeira talks about de sea too, because africans was zeised and forced to came to America crossing de Atlantic ocean. People was enslaved died in the ship in this trip. and this song remember the "axe" or power that you can find inside of you to resist these terrible situations. I like music of Capoeira because lyrics talks to you of many situation you can make a metaphor to the life in actuality. Capoeira music is of resistance and realease, and today we have many differents kind in the capital and patriarcal system to enslave us.

With Capoeira music I remember always that we are always free and our decisiones are so important to contribuite it.
